With our done-for-you retreat program, you can host at Mixto Villa outside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico without taking on any financial risk. We cover the upfront costs, handle planning and bookings, and support you every step of the way.

You bring your people and lead the experience. We handle the rest.

As a host, you’ll receive a $3,500 stipend, profit share bonus, a complimentary retreat stay and round trip airfare.

MIXTO EXPERIENCE

Mixto is a stunning, oceanfront private villa designed for groups who want an elevated and intimate experience.

The property features its own beautiful open-air shala, expansive ocean-view living spaces, an infinity pool beach access, and a dedicated on-site team including kitchen staff and bar service.

GUEST PRICING

Guest pricing: from $2,979 (high season) or $2,779 (low season) shared accommodations and from $3,699 (high season) or $3,499 (low season) for a private room. 

Payment plans are available with flexible terms through Klarna and Afterpay. 

All Mixto retreats include: eco-luxury accommodations, three meals each day, r/t transportation from the Puerto Vallarta airport, all taxes and fees and your incredible retreat programming. They also offer incredible excursions and healing rituals that can be added to your retreat experience. 

HOST COMPENSATION

Host compensation: $3,500 + 30% profit share bonus on reservations over 10 guests, free retreat and airfare. 

If under 10 people: you will receive 40% of the total profit in lieu of a stipend. In that case, you would be responsible for your own airfare and retreat cost. 

We start with a quick interest survey to ensure we'll be able to easily fill your retreat. We also support you with a robust marketing and sales plan--we want you to be successful!

We’re so excited you’re interested in hosting at  Mixto.

Our model is simple: you bring your community, and we handle the planning, logistics, and launch strategy that fills your retreat.

The process:
Once we receive your application, Jen will review and provisionally accept strong-fit hosts. We work with one applicant per retreat date. Any retreats claimed that do not move forward will be released to other applicants. 

After provisional acceptance, he next step is launching your priority waitlist to your community to confirm demand for your selected dates. We provide everything you need for this step, including messaging, timelines, and support.

Important: Opening your waitlist kicks off a focused two-week launch window. During this time, you should plan for ~5 hours per week to follow up with potential guests and drive enrollment.

After this initial launch period, planning becomes much more hands-off for the host.
