You invite your community, we handle everything else
The Retreat Residency is for wellness leaders who want to offer unforgettable retreats without taking on the stress of planning, logistics, or financial risk.
If you have dreamed of leading retreats in beautiful locations but felt overwhelmed about where to begin, you are in the right place.
There are a lot of retreat production companies out there, but none like the Retreat Residency.
Here's how we're different:Ā
--As a host, you'll never be responsible for venue deposits or vendor payments. We take on 100% of theĀ financial commitments so you can focus on teaching and bringing your community
--You are also compensated for hosting your retreat. Hosts receive a stipend of $3,500, $1,200 airfare credit,Ā complimentary retreat and 30% profit share on all guests beyond the minimum for your venue (generally 12.)Ā
--We allow you to focus only on the fun part. Your job is to show up, teach, and bring your community. We handle everything else.
