The Retreat Residency is for wellness leaders who want to offer unforgettable retreats without taking on the stress of planning, logistics, or financial risk.

If you have dreamed of leading retreats in beautiful locations but felt overwhelmed about where to begin, you are in the right place.

There are a lot of retreat production companies out there, but none like the Retreat Residency.

Here's how we're different: 

--As a host, you are never responsible for any payments. We put down the deposit and make all subsequent venue and vendor payments. There is absolutely zero risk of you losing money. 

--You are also compensated for hosting your retreat. Not only do you get a fully paid experience (yes, including your airfare), you receive a $3,500 stipend as well as a profit share bonus. 

--We allow you to focus only on the fun part. Your job is to show up, teach, and bring your community. We handle everything else.

Is the Retreat Residency a fit for you?

The Retreat Residency is designed for hosts who have:

• A connected and engaged community
• A warm contact list of 500 or more
• The realistic ability to bring 10 to 20 guests
• A desire to lead a high quality retreat experience
• A willingness to promote the retreat using our marketing kit

If your audience is smaller:
If your list is under 500 but you believe you can confidently bring 10 or more guests because your community is highly engaged, you are welcome to apply.
