With our done-for-you retreat program, you can host at Retreat Monferrato without taking on any financial risk. We handle the logistics, bookings, and upfront investment so you can stay focused on your guests and the experience.

You show up, lead, and connect with your community. We handle everything else.

As a host, you’ll receive a stipend, profit share bonus, a complimentary retreat stay, and round-trip airfare.

Set in the heart of Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage wine region, this venue offers a retreat experience that blends timeless beauty, refined simplicity, and effortless hospitality.

Surrounded by vineyards, historic villages, and sweeping countryside views, Retreat Monferrato feels like a true escape from the pace of everyday life (but is an easy one hour shuttle ride from Milan.) Sun-drenched terraces, thoughtfully restored interiors, and open-air spaces create the perfect backdrop for connection, movement, and rest.

The property offers an intimate, boutique setting designed for both comfort and experience, with beautifully curated common spaces, a pool overlooking the hills, and access to incredible local food and wine. Days can include movement sessions with panoramic views, long, leisurely meals, wine tastings, and slow afternoons exploring nearby villages or simply relaxing on the grounds.

Evenings unfold with golden light, shared meals, and that unmistakable Italian magic that makes everything feel just a little more meaningful.

This destination is ideal for hosts who want to offer a high-end, culturally rich retreat experience that feels both elevated and deeply relaxing.

Retreat Monferrato is set within a beautifully renovated historic monastery, thoughtfully transformed into a one-of-a-kind retreat property that blends old-world charm with modern comfort.

The property offers a range of accommodations to suit different preferences and price points, from scenic hillside yurts immersed in nature to elegant villa rooms with private en-suite baths. This flexibility allows you to create a retreat that feels both elevated and accessible for your community.

At the heart of the experience is a brand new wellness center and spa, complete with a dedicated yoga and movement space designed for both intimate and group practice. Every detail has been curated to support rest, connection, and a seamless retreat flow.

All retreats at Monferrato include exclusive use of the entire property, giving your group complete privacy and the ability to fully customize the experience without outside guests.

Your retreat package includes beautifully designed accommodations, daily meals featuring fresh, local ingredients, and a setting that naturally invites slower mornings, deeper connection, and unforgettable shared experiences. 

GUEST PRICING & INCLUSIONS

Pricing starts at $2,499 for shared accommodations and $3,699 for a private room for a five-night experience. The retreat is inclusive of three meals/day (local wines served at dinner), r/t airport transportation from Milan, all venue amenities from the private pool to spa, and the host's choice of one excursion. Additional activities may be added on for a per-guest cost. 

HOST COMPENSATION

Our hosts are paid $3,500 to lead the experience plus a 30% profit share bonus on reservations over 10 guests. They also receive a free stay (choice of a private villa room or offsite apartment), all meals and activities and round trip airfare.

We’re so excited you’re interested in hosting at Retreat Monferrato.

Our model is simple: you bring your community, and we handle the planning, logistics, and launch strategy that fills your retreat.

The process:
Once we receive your application, Jen will review and provisionally accept strong-fit hosts.

The next step is launching your priority waitlist to your community to confirm demand for your selected dates. We provide everything you need for this step, including messaging, timelines, and support.

Important: Opening your waitlist kicks off a focused two-week launch window. During this time, you should plan for ~5 hours per week to follow up with potential guests and drive enrollment.

After this initial launch period, planning becomes much more hands-off for the host.
