Set above crystal-clear waters with sweeping coastal views, Aegialis offers one of the most versatile and fully equipped retreat experiences in Europe. With seven dedicated practice spaces, rooftop terraces, a fully equipped reformer Pilates studio with 20 machines, and aerial capabilities, it’s an ideal setting for everything from yoga and Pilates to multi-format wellness retreats.

As a host, you’ll receive a stipend, profit share bonus, a complimentary retreat stay, and round-trip airfare.

Unlike many retreat venues with a single practice space, Aegialis offers multiple dedicated areas to bring your vision to life. From a fully equipped indoor yoga shala to open-air terraces overlooking the sea, you have the flexibility to host everything from intimate sessions to larger group classes with ease. The center is stocked with high-quality mats, props, and equipment, and uniquely includes a full reformer Pilates studio, creating opportunities for a more elevated and diverse programming experience.

Beyond movement, the spa facilities, hydrotherapy areas, and serene relaxation spaces allow you to seamlessly weave in recovery, downtime, and deeper restoration throughout the week. Every element has been designed to support a natural, effortless retreat flow.

Your retreat package includes beautifully designed accommodations, daily meals featuring fresh, local ingredients, and a setting that invites both energy and exhale, giving your group space to move, connect, and fully immerse in the experience.

GUEST PRICING & INCLUSIONS

Pricing starts at $3,699 for shared accommodations and $4,399 for a private room. The retreat is inclusive of two meals/day, r/t transportation from either Amorgos port, all venue amenities from the private pool to spa, and a 30 minute massage for each guest. For the opportunity of the week, we will also include a special Snorkeling Adventure to Nikouria for your group. Additional activities may be added on for a per-guest cost. 

HOST COMPENSATION

Our hosts are paid $3,500 to lead the experience plus a 30% profit share bonus on reservations over 12 guests. They also receive a free stay, all meals and activities and round trip airfare.

We’re so excited you’re interested in hosting at the Aegialis in August 2027. We are accepting applications for three 5-night retreats:

August 8–13, 2027
August 13–18, 2027
August 18–23, 2027

Our model is simple: you bring your community, and we handle the planning, logistics, and launch strategy that fills your retreat.

The process:
For this special opportunity, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until each retreat slot is filled. We recommend submitting your application early for the best chance at your preferred dates. 

Important: This opportunity is for hosts ready to jump right into planning and opening their waitlist. You'll be supported every step of the way, but you DO need to have 5 or so hours/week available for the first three weeks of your launch. 

After this initial launch period, planning becomes much more hands-off for the host.
