The Retreat Residency is different from traditional retreat production models in a few important ways:

• You are never financially responsible for the retreat. Elevate handles the venue deposits, vendor payments, guest payments, logistics, and backend operations.

• You are compensated for hosting. Hosts receive a fully covered retreat experience (including airfare), a teaching stipend, and a profit share bonus.

• You get to focus on the part you’re actually good at: teaching, leading, connecting with your community, and creating an incredible experience.

We handle the rest.
