With our done-for-you retreat program, you can host at Xinalani Retreat outside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico without taking on any financial risk. We cover the upfront costs, handle planning and bookings, and support you every step of the way.

You bring your people and lead the experience. We handle the rest.

As a host, you’ll receive a stipend, profit share bonus, a complimentary retreat stay and round trip airfare.

Accessible only by boat, this destination immediately feels like an escape from the ordinary. Lush jungle hillsides meet the Pacific Ocean, with open-air yoga shalas, oceanfront views, and warm coastal breezes shaping the rhythm of each day.

Xinalani boasts expansive retreat grounds, multiple stunning practice spaces, spa, beach access, and nourishing meals.

OCEAN VIEW SHALAS + ROOMS FOR EVERY BUDGET

Xinalani features six stunning practice spaces, including a hot yoga studio and dedicated aerial palapa, which makes it perfect for teaching multiple formats. 

 Xinalani offers a wide range of accommodations from budget-friendly shared palapa-style dorms to luxury beachfront casitas with private plunge pools.

All Xinalani retreats include: eco-luxury accommodations, three meals each day, r/t transportation from the Puerto Vallarta airport, all taxes and fees and your incredible retreat programming. They also offer incredible excursions (think swimming with wild dolphins or hiking to remote waterfalls) and healing rituals that can be added on to your retreat.

Guest pricing: from $1,899 for shared accommodations and from $2,499 for a private room. 

Host compensation: $2,500 + 30% profit share bonus on reservations over 10 guests, free retreat and airfare.

We’re so excited you’re interested in hosting at Xinalani. 

Our model is simple: you bring your community, and we handle the planning, logistics, and launch strategy that fills your retreat.

The process:
Once we receive your application, Jen will review and provisionally accept strong-fit hosts.

The next step is launching your priority waitlist to your community to confirm demand for your selected dates. We provide everything you need for this step, including messaging, timelines, and support.

Important: Opening your waitlist kicks off a focused two-week launch window. During this time, you should plan for ~5 hours per week to follow up with potential guests and drive enrollment.

After this initial launch period, planning becomes much more hands-off for the host.
